Refreshing drink for summer!

For a refreshing, healthy alternative to sugary drinks why not try some homemade iced green tea?
You can flavor to your own taste and is a great way to boost your metabolism and aid weight loss.
It’s cheap and easy to make- simply brew a large mug of green tea (however strong you like it) allow to cool, remove the tea bags, pour into a jug and top up with ice and cold water.
You can add even more flavour with fresh lemon or lime wedges or perhaps some fresh mint?
