Chicken and calamari noodles

This is such a nice dish for summer- it’s fresh, tasty and so quick to make!

You will need-
*whole wheat noodles or buckwheat noodles
*prepared squid
*grilled chicken
*lemon or lime juice (fresh)


How to prepare-
*boil the noodles for 5 minutes or however the packet specifies
*chop onion, garlic and chilli and heat on a large pan
*add ready cooked grilled chicken sliced to pan (we always have grilled chicken in the fridge for snack or convenience if we are rushed for time)
*add sliced squid and fry for 2 1/2 minutes with any other herbs or spices you may like to add
*drain the noodles and then add to the pan
*Throw in the spinach and toss the pan with all the ingredients and then serve
*enjoy!…finish with an extra drizzle of fresh lime or lemon for extra freshness
