Eat more, not less!

Contrary to common “diet” practices including starving yourself or eliminating entire food groups, eating clean allows you to eat more and weigh less by making more informed, cleaner food choices.
A clean eating diet should consist of five or six small meals a day choosing from lean proteins, complex carbs and avoiding starchy, sugary, industrialised or high fat foods.
By eating several smaller meals a day of lean protein and complex carbs you will fire up your metabolism in turn making you a highly functioning fat burning machine!
Your entire body will thank you- not only will you look great but you will feel amazing!
