A great healthy breakfast option that the kids will love too!
So quick and easy and best of all delicious!
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 4 whole eggs
- mash the bananas until smooth
- beat the 4 eggs together and mix the banana in until mixture is as smooth as possible
- pout evenly into a good non stick pan- no oil needed and heat until golden either side.
- (option) experiment with nutmeg, cinnamon or other spices to find what you enjoy.
