Flourless pancakes

A great healthy breakfast option that the kids will love too!

So quick and easy and best of all delicious!

serves 2-

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 4 whole eggs


  • mash the bananas until smooth
  • beat the 4 eggs together and mix the banana in until mixture is as smooth as possible
  • pout evenly into a good non stick pan- no oil needed and heat until golden either side.
  • (option) experiment with nutmeg, cinnamon or other spices to find what you enjoy.
