Beginners Run Club coming to Chester April 3rd

Ever fancied joining a run club but been too intimidated my all the Marathon runners in the group?…Oxygen Training is bringing everyone the opportunity to enjoy outdoor fitness this summer.
If you are new to running or perhaps never run before then this is your opportunity…
Over the course of the summer we will progress together, teaching correct running technique, getting fitter and enjoying the beautiful surroundings Chester has to offer.
The session will take place every Wednesday from 3rd April at 7pm in Chester, meeting point to be confirmed upon booking.

      Hi Dani, it’s going to be progressive each week and suitable for complete beginners. Our very first session will include breaks, walks jogs and a thorough warm up and cool down. The session will last approx 1 hr and we’ll cover approx 3 1/2 miles on our first session although we won’t be running for the full distance. I’ll get in touch via the mobile number you sent over and go through everything with you :)
