Sweet Potato Wedges

FANCY CHIPS?…HERE’S A CLEAN ALTERNATIVE THAT’S JUST AS TASTY ,IF NOT MORE!!….
Sweet potato wedges-
*Clean the sweet potatoes and slice into evenly sized wedges
*Steam for 10 mins and allow to cool
*Preheat oven and baking tray to 180 degrees
*Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over cooled wedges
*sprinkle with mixed/ italian herbs
*sprinkle with cayenne or paprika for a spicy option
*add black pepper to taste
*make sure the wedges are evenly coated and bake in the oven until they start to go crispy (the thinner your wedges the crispier the chip!)
Then ENJOY! This is something the whole family can enjoy…even young children…my baby loves them! (just leave out the cayenne pepper!)
