Bootcamp…is it for you?


If you are ready to change your body and willing to work for it then yes, Bootcamp is the class to help you do just that.
Bootcamp can be intimidating for some people as they assume it will be a beasting session with an instructor yelling in their face, this is not what we’re about. Bootcamp is about pushing yourself hard and of course we are there to help you push past where you think your limit is and help you achieve more, but we understand everyone’s fitness level and ability is different so it’s all about working to your own personal best.
Forget the person next to you, the only competition is with yourself and beating your last session.
Our Bootcamp is a 45 min session in which we encorporate high intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises, resistance exercise and some plyometric training…don’t worry if that means absolutaly nothing to you, everything is explained each session with full demonstrations to ensure your safety.
Bootcamp is not only a great all over body workout but it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet a lovely group of like minded people, all working to take their fitness to the next level.
The class is a really good mix of male and females of different ages, so don’t be put off by the name, give Bootcamp a try and see the results for yourself!

Our Bootcamp takes place every Tuesday at Dodleston Village Hall (just 4 miles from Chester), 7.30pm. £4.50 pay as u go or you can use an Oxygen Training Loyalty card £35 for 10 sessions (save a tenner and you can use this at all our other classes too!)
