My Summer Kickstart wk 1 results

So after a week of following my own Summer Kickstart Plan I took my measurements to see how I was progressing and I’m really happy with the results in just a week!…
Overall weight loss- 1.1kg
Arm measuremenets- lost 1.3cm
waist measurements- lost 1cm
hip measuremens- lost 1cm
To keep my body challenged it’s important to progress training so this week I’ll be adding some functional training outdoors so I can enjoy the weather at the same time, we’re also going to add some family walks so it doesn’t take away from our time together and I will be trying a new fitness class.
I think Evan also has something in store for my personal training session with him this week- resistance sprints!…I’ll let you know how I get on!!
