Prawn and smoked salmon pasta, cooking time 15 mins!

This is a lovely fresh pasta dish to enjoy in the Summer. It’s quick and easy to make, nutritious and delicious!
You will need…
* wholewheat pasta (amount depends on fitness/ health goals of the individual)
* Raw prawns
* Smoked salmon
* Red chillies
* 1/2 a lime
* 1/2 a white onion
* A large handful of rocket and watercress salad

How to make…
* Bring a pot of water to the boil and add your pasta, cook for 10 mins
* Add a tiny amount of olive oil (you hardly need anything) to a large pan and heat
* Add chopped chillies, onions and prawns to the pan, stir through until prawns are cooked through.
* Squeeze over the juice of 1/2 a lime and toss in the pan
* When your pasta is cooked, add all the contents together into the large pan and toss
* Add your salad leaves last minute to keep them semi crisp and fresh tasting,tear your smoked salmon into ribbons and toss through
* Add pepper to taste and drizzle leftover lime juice on top
