emma mulvennaI always have a habit of making life that little bit tricky …. Picking my wedding dress was no different , I bought it May 2013 to wear on my wedding day which was 2 nd Nov 2013 . I bought it too small .. I had to loose 12 cm from my hips and 11 cm from my waist . I started having personal training sessions with Adele in June . I am not the sort of person that enjoys exercise and at 37 found the thought of hours in the gym not greatly appealing . Adele not only helped me with my exercise plan but great ideas on meals and clean eating . By the end of October not only had I reached target but Lost an extra 2 cm from my waist and 1.5 cm from my hips . Without Adele and her support I would not have managed it . My advice to anyone considering getting fit or and loosing weight – Do it Adele is an Angel and enabled me to wear the dress of my dreams .Adele , thankyou just does not cover it XX

Image1‘I had turned 40 this year and I had decided to start taking my exercise and my health more seriously. I am a member of a gym but I had hit a plateau.
I had heard of Oxygen Training as they did classes in the village so I started going to bootcamp class that Evan runs and really enjoyed it! Everyone in the class is really friendly and Evan really puts you through your paces but it is something that all fitness levels can do. From the classes I got to understand more of what I needed to do and through speaking to Evan he was able to guide and advise me. I then started to have one to one personal training sessions with Evan every week in the gym. He did a body composition test which I found really interesting and he asked a series of questions regarding my goal and what I would like to achieve and then I was asked to do a food diary.
With this information he was able to design a weekly workout session and he gave me advice about my diet and what amount I should be aiming for.
After 8 weeks I had another body composition done and was surprised at the results!! Especially my body fat which was 25% at the start and after 8weeks was 18%!!
I knew I was on the right track and I know I wouldn’t haven’t achieved this without their guidance.
They also gave me a workout I can do on my own and they were always on hand via email or phone if needed and I threw questions at them all the time but they are always happy to answer.
I didn’t think I needed a personal trainer as I have a basic knowledge but I would not hesitate in recommending Oxygen Training for the classes and the personal training, for the knowledge they hold and also for their friendly and open approach.
They were able to help me take my training to the next level.

emily cull before n afterI had wanted to join a fitness class for months, but since having my son I lost all confidence and felt intimidated starting a class where I thought I would be judged on my lack of fitness and worried about my wobbly bits! I came across Oxygen Training and was drawn to their range of classes, in particular the Bootcamp as it seemed to cover everything I was looking for, at the prices are very reasonable.
I finally plucked up the courage and went along. I was surprised (happily) to find that the majority of the group were women, and lovely ones too. The instructors, Adele & Evan are fantastic, they make you feel completely at ease, they push you, but in a way that doesn’t make you feel like you are struggling – a hard combination to get across but they have mastered it.
The confidence I have gained since going to Bootcamp for almost a year is undeniable. Not only have I noticed a reduction in my wobbly bits and an increase in fitness levels, I have found a great group of people which I look forward to seeing every week.
I couldn’t thank Adele & Evan enough for what they have done for me. It is thanks to them that I have completed the BUPA 10k run, the Tough Mudder challenge and am running the Chester ½ Marathon all to raise money for charity.
Thank you Adele and Evan, please don’t stop what you are doing!

barMyself, as well as the whole team at Barlounge would like to say a massive Thank-you to Adele for the so well organizes team building day she held for us. It was a fantastic team building exercise and thoroughly enjoyed by all of the staff. A fun way to get fit! The Zumba session got everyone going and excited about working together which enabled our employees to bond as a unit.
We would not hesitate to use Oxygen training again – or recommending them to anyone- A great morale boosting experience!

Their classes are friendly, enjoyable and always fresh.  My core strength has improved with Total Tone, my overall fitness has increased with Bootcamp, and Personal Training pushed me to achieve something I thought impossible – completing my first Tough Mudder!

laura b4 and after 3Throughout the time I have been attending the classes put on by Evan and Adele, I have always been welcome and found them to be very supportive to my fitness levels. In the last three weeks I have lost 11 inches in total from my body! I have never felt left out or less able than everyone else as they have taught me to go at my own pace whilst pushing myself to succeed  at the same time. If I am unable to do any exercise they always provide an alternative so I am able to stay involved with the class. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to get fit and lose weight! I love my exercise classes and my trainers and wouldn’t want to train with anyone else! My goal is to lose another stone on top of the 8lbs already and I believe this is the way to go and Evan and Adele will help me get there.
