Every client start with a full comprehensive assessment which gives us the foundation on which to build you personalised program. During the assessment we will find out more about your lifestyle, you medical history, your fitness level, likes, dislikes, eating habits and much more. This is so we can design a program that will not only give you the results you are looking for but in a way that can easily fit into your lifestyle and can also work around your family.
We realise that everyone is different and this is the key to creating a program that is right for you. We work with different body types realising that our clients react differently to training and eating plans that’s why no two plans are ever the same.
Every client is designed their own bespoke periodised program that ensures progression to work up to that all important goal.
We follow your progress with a medical grade body composition machine, this gives us a highly accurate breakdown of your body fat, lean mass and water retention so we can track your development every few weeks making sure you stay on track.
You will also be provided with a home training plan to keep up the good work at home or away on business.
Oxygen personal Training clients also receive unlimited free access to all of our classes making it even more achievable to fit in those extra training sessions. It’s also a great way of meeting new people and having fun with your training.
Oxygen Personal Training is the complete package, we like to arm you with all the tools and knowledge you need to make a complete lifestyle change that you can continue with on your own. We don’t believe in fad diets, juice diets or any other miracle pills! We like to educate our clients and make sure they are able to carry this knowledge with them their whole life through. All our nutrition plans are based on clean eating and you will leave us with a whole different outlook on eating, no more fad diets, no more yo yo weigh ins!
